Anuj Singhal was born to Meenakshi Singhal and has one sister named Preeti Lal. He completed his schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya and went on to study BA Honours in Economics at the University of Delhi. He later obtained an MBA in Finance from the same university.

Throughout his career, Anuj has been passionate about the Indian financial markets and has studied them for over 20 years. He became the lead anchor of two market analysis shows, Closing Bell and Bazaar, and gradually rose to the position of senior editor.
With his extensive knowledge of the Indian stock market, Anuj has become a legendary stock market investor, and his in-depth stock market research and social media presence have been highly praised. He now advises on the Indian stock market and is one of the leading stock market advisors in India.
In October 2022, Anuj Singhal was promoted to managing editor at CNBC Awaaz, further solidifying his position as a prominent figure in the Indian financial industry.
