Sonia Singh is the Editorial Director at NDTV India. Born on the 21st of September 1970 in New Delhi, she is 52 years old. She was raised in a family that follows the traditions of the Hindu religion and was given much love and care as she grew up. Her parents were supportive of her decisions to pursue broadcast journalism.
Sonia's educational background includes a 10th standard Certification from Convent School of Jesus & Mary, graduation in English Literature from St. Stephen's College, Delhi, Italian language course with a 3-month scholarship to Perugia, and a broadcast journalism course in Cardiff with the Chevening Scholarship.
At NDTV India, Sonia began working as a researcher and later moved up to become an Editorial Director. She is known for breaking news stories as well as delving deeper into events such as 26/11 attack, Parliament Attack and Kandahar hijack. Despite her success in her career, Sonia stays rooted to her culture and values that she learnt growing up.
